Legal

Legal, Payment & Privacy

Plain-language terms for working with PMC. A complete written agreement is provided before any project starts.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes.

Taxes are calculated according to the customer's billing location and appear as separate lines on invoices when applicable.

Québec figures shown anywhere on this website are estimates for illustration only and do not apply everywhere in Canada.

Payment terms

One-time launch pricing is payable according to the schedule in the signed agreement.

The monthly option requires a 12-month agreement. The total of 12 installments may exceed the one-time price because it includes payment flexibility and administration.

Care plans begin in year two and renew annually until cancelled in writing.

Scope and delivery

Each project has a written scope, deliverables and timeline confirmed before work begins.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and never billed without written approval.

Demonstration content

Dashboard metrics, analytics and sample screens shown on this website are demonstration data.

They illustrate product capability and do not represent guaranteed or historical client results.

Terms of use and inquiries

This website is informational. Content, packages and figures may change without notice.

Submitting a form or chatting with the Digital Advisor does not create a contract and does not guarantee that a project will be accepted.

Every project is governed by a signed written agreement that confirms scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, intellectual property and cancellation terms.

Where this website and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement takes priority.

Third-party services referenced or integrated in a project are governed by their own terms.

Client transparency

PMC Transparency

A clear agreement before we begin.

Before any project is activated, PMC presents the project scope, price, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties in writing.

Our goal is simple: every client should clearly understand what they are purchasing, what is included, and how the project will work before making a decision.

01

You know exactly what you are purchasing

Every project is defined through a written proposal or quotation.

Before work begins, the client can review:

  • The services included.
  • The services not included.
  • The agreed features and functionality.
  • The project price.
  • The selected payment method.
  • The main stages of the project.
  • Any specific conditions that apply.

Any service or functionality that falls outside the approved scope is discussed with the client before additional work is performed.

No significant additional charge should be added without the client being informed and a revised scope being agreed upon.

02

Pricing and payment terms are clearly defined

The project price and selected payment method are presented in writing before the project is activated.

Depending on the service selected, PMC may offer a one-time payment or a payment plan under the terms presented in the proposal.

Before accepting, the client can clearly review:

  • The applicable price.
  • Applicable taxes.
  • The payment schedule.
  • The total amount associated with the selected payment method.
  • PMC Care terms when applicable.

Submitting a form on the PMC website does not automatically create a contract and does not trigger a payment.

A project is activated only after the applicable terms have been presented and accepted.

03

Your domain and digital assets remain under your control

PMC does not use a client’s domain as a way to force the client to remain with PMC.

When a domain, account, or digital asset is purchased or configured as part of a client project, the ownership, access, and transfer conditions are clearly identified in the agreement.

During an active service relationship, PMC may retain the technical access required to manage, maintain, or support the systems covered by the agreement.

If the relationship with PMC ends and the applicable obligations have been fulfilled, PMC will cooperate with the transfer or delivery of the relevant access credentials and digital assets in accordance with the agreement and the rules of third-party providers.

When PMC no longer requires access, that access may be removed as part of the transition process, unless a legal, contractual, technical, or security obligation requires certain information to be retained.

Our principle is simple:

Your business remains your business.

Your domain remains under your control.

PMC does not create artificial dependency to prevent a client from changing providers.

04

Timelines, changes, and project completion are transparent

PMC defines the main project stages and estimated timelines according to the approved scope.

The client also contributes to the successful completion of the project by providing, when required:

  • Business information.
  • Text and content.
  • Photos and other media.
  • Necessary account access.
  • Feedback.
  • Approvals.

If essential information or approvals are delayed, the project timeline may be adjusted.

Reasonable corrections included in the approved scope are handled according to the project agreement.

Any major new feature, significant change, or request outside the originally approved scope may require:

  • Additional time.
  • A revised scope.
  • An additional quotation.
  • New client approval.

The conditions related to cancellation, project suspension, outstanding amounts, and delivery of completed work are also defined in the applicable agreement.

05

Confidentiality, responsibility, and realistic results

PMC protects the information provided by the client.

Data, documents, files, and access credentials received from the client are used only as necessary to provide the agreed services, manage the business relationship, and comply with applicable obligations.

PMC is also transparent about what we can control and what depends on outside factors.

PMC can commit to:

  • The work defined in the agreement.
  • A professional process.
  • The delivery of the approved project elements.
  • The technical and creative work included in the approved scope.

PMC does not guarantee results that depend on external factors, including:

  • A specific position in Google search results.
  • A specific number of clients or leads.
  • A specific level of sales or revenue.
  • Guaranteed business results.
  • Decisions or algorithms controlled by Google, social media platforms, or other third-party services.

Our work is designed to build a professional, strong digital presence that supports the client’s business objectives without presenting external results as guarantees.

Before we begin

This section is an informational summary designed to help clients understand the principles that guide PMC projects.

Before a project is activated, the client receives the specific terms that apply to the selected services and has the opportunity to review them before accepting.

If there is any difference between this public summary and a signed project agreement, the terms of the applicable signed project agreement will prevail.
